New Bugout / Utility Vehicle

New Truck - 24 ft of rolling storage/ and RV space

So, as you might guess from the picture we just bought a new truck.

A 24 ft former U-Haul truck.

It is rated at 12,000 lbs capacity, so it is very rugged and can haul everything we have and more.
Planned mods include; a side door on the box up front, a hatch on top, skylights, shelves, fold out bunks,  upgrades to the bumper with a serious grille guard, more subdued paint scheme, front and side box loopholes, water tanks, propane stove, and other goodies. It will serve as a utility hauler, moving vehicle, spare shop, emergency living quarters and extreme bug-out vehicle.

Some cretin (my Brother) told me that to ensure I would be able to outrun the inevitable Zombie hordes I should convert the truck to an alternative fuel. Well, sans-zombie I think its a great idea. I would like to convert it to wood-gas or propane even.
